First, this OAH e-file system cannot be used to start any new appeal case. Second, even if you have pre-registered on this system, you cannot access or submit any online information about your already-docketed case until OAH receives your signed consent through some other legal means of service such as mail or fax. This system contains only pending cases, accessible by parties to those cases who have provided OAH with their signed consent to OAH Terms of Use. OAH offers no online archive of past cases and any public inquiries about any pending or past cases must be submitted to the OAH public information officer in accord with the Kansas Open Records Act.
